Lola Founders

Hi, we are Rachel and Paul, and we’re the founders of Lola Dating. We met five years ago on a dating app, and we’ve talked many times over the years about how horrible dating apps are, so we decided to create our own app - Lola Dating!

The biggest problems we saw with dating apps were (1) it took too long to actually go out on dates, too much chatting and ghosting and (2) we often met people on dates that were terrible daters.

We’re working to solve both of those problems on Lola – (1) first you select the nights of the week you want to go out, and we’ll only match you with people who also want to go out those nights and (2) after each date, you can use the app to give feedback on the person you met. After you’ve been on five dates, we let you see that feedback so you can improve your own dating game!
